I've been having fun with recent Valentine's Day flowers, I have a big thing with my dried flowers lately...I prefer them this way than when they're fresh!
I moved this chandelier out of my bedroom and put it in the living room then hung these pretty purple flowers from it. They were accent flowers with my roses but I always pick those arrangements apart and make my own:)
These are hanging from my teacart, not quite fully dry yet but on their way!
My pushpins arrived from Etsy, they're a wonderful addition to the gorgeous corkboard I won from Rosemary at Villabarnes...I just love it!!!
I'm linking up with Kathleen from Faded Charm for White Wednesday:)
*A little footnote here, I have not been able to update my blogroll in a couple of weeks now so to anyone I recently started following...I apologize and hopefully the problem gets resolved soon!

Maybe I should learn how to dry flowers. Not that I often have them in the house, but at the current time, there are actually 4 bouquets here...2 are mine (1 from hubs/1 from daughter), and 2 are daughter's (birthday).
It would be a shame to just pitch them. Do you have to begin the drying process while they are still fresh and pretty? Or do you wait until they have lived their life and are about ready to be thrown out?
Hope you're having a great day.
Love,
Patti
I love drying flowers, especially hydrangeas. They are my favorite. I have dried lavender and roses too but roses were a bit harder for me for some reason.
Hello Victoria,,, Dried Roses always looks so Pretty~
Victoria I have a request, I noticed that you have a picture from my blog on Cherubs in Pinterest. Could you please remove it and repin from its original source. I have the link under the pic. It's Eros. I have tried to take measures to discourage people from taking MY photos.Once some-one comes in on My blog and decides to take My pictures (such as Pinterest), they will be out there and I lose control over My pics. Then I will end up closing my blogs.I know what you pinned is a public picture , but it is linked to my blog..... inviting others to see and start picking:0.... Thank You for understanding~
Hugs~ Angel
Dried flowers add color, and beauty to every room of the house in every season.

Thank You :))

Hi Again :),,, Yes ,when I was over @ Pinterest I can see & Understand how it can become addicting..... as I said, there are some Beautiful Photos over there. It is not hard to become addicted to it.You button idea is a good one:) With all these things coming up it is just becoming a hassle to blog anymore... Well like I said ,Pinterest is a double edged sword .... it has it's Good & it's Bad to it.I don't think there's a lot anyone would really want off my main blog,,,, but the others have alot of eye candy depending on what your looking for. Well we will see how it goes.... For the immediate the Button sounds like a good idea . Thanks ~ :))
Hugs~ Angel
No probs :-) You think your a bad at blogging ha ha... join the club :-)
Always good to see you when EVER :-) X X X
The only flowers that I can dry and keep their color is hydrangeas for some reason. I dry rose petals that are a gorgeous color and then in a few weeks they turn an ugly brown. I even keep them out of the light. Hmm...yours are pretty!!
Blessings~
Hi Victoria, just stopping by to say how delightful your blog is. Thanks so much for sharing. I have recently found your blog and am now following you, and will visit often. Please stop by my blog and perhaps you would like to follow me also. Have a wonderful day. Hugs, Chris

I love them too Victoria, but I think you might have already known that :)

Have a wonderful weekend with the boys!

Love the dried flowers. It is so pretty. The cork board is amazing!
I took off the word verification. You're right that new double word is hard to read. I just had problem with spam. But I'm trying the approve comment thing like you have. So no more word guessing games I hope! Thanks so much for letting me know. You're a sweetie!
hugs
Caroline
